Google officially launched their new web browser today called Google Chrome. Some of the features it boasts is an all-in-one toolbar that allows search queries and URL entry (not too big of a deal, Firefox could handle this with a small customized setting), tabs that run on individual processes, and a lean and mean interface. For a few years now, Google has denied they were working on a browser. This was probably a strategic move since they didn’t want to risk their deal with Mozilla to another competitor. Since it is official, they decided to give us the full history through this video:
